2014 REGISTRATION PROCESS

 

Southern United player registrations are now open for 2014.  The registration process is a two step process again this year.

Step 1 – Southern United Registration.

Your probably have already registered, and hopefully paid, via the  http://suhc.com.au/section-information/registration-form/ website. If you have, go to step 2.
If you haven’t a  form needs to be filled out for each player and once completed press submit . You will receive an email immediately (to the first email address listed) from the club advising you of the amount to be paid and payment options as well as a username and password which give you access to the members only part of the SUHC website. If you could then make the payment straight after registering and make sure you include your unique code reference with the payment it will greatly assist us. For those paying more than one family member could you please email treasurer@suhc.com.au with details of the payment date and amount along with the unique codes paid.

Step 2 – Hockey Vic Registration.

You need to renew your Hockey Victoria registration at  https://memberdesq.onesporttechnology.com/161/org 

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY VIA THIS REGISTRATION

As a current member you need to login. You need to use the email address to which this email was sent. If you have no idea what the password is (which we expect you wont) use the “forgotten your password”  or https://memberdesq.onesporttechnology.com/161/org/forgot to have a password reset link sent to you.

Once logged in, select REGISTRATION. Select under 18 or over 18 registration type. YOU DON’T NEED TO PAY ON THE HOCKEY VIC (IMG) WEBSITE.   Once you have finished the registration process select SUBMIT ONLY ,  not PAYNOW

If there are multiple players associated with this email address select Add another registration and not submit.  You are asked who is this registration for – select the original member and not someone else if you are using the same email address.  Select from the U18 or over 18 options and then Register a linked member to this account – select member from the options under the arrow.  Fill out details for any additional members and then select submit.

Once this is complete you will receive a mail confirming your Hockey Victoria registration.
