Juniors hockey starts this weekend – 29th and 30th April.
Southern has eleven teams playing in under 18, under 16 and under 14 on Friday night, with five under 12 and two half field under 10s on Saturday.
Saturday also sees the commencement of the Northern Sharks Hockey League where 8 teams of under 10 children from Southern United, Bayside and Mentone will play 1/4 field games at 11.30 on Saturday mornings at Farm Rd.
