We are looking forward to a great year of hockey for all, and our great group of coaches will be there to support our teams.  

More coaches to be added to this wonderful line up, and our under 10 and 8 coaches will be announced closer to training start up.

Under 18s:

• Kevin Liu and Bec McNess, after winning the flag in 2025, will lead one of our under 18 teams. Bec a WPL player and Vic under 21 team member. 
• Lucas Shaw and David Hayes coached our under 16 district team last year, and move to an under 18 team with their group of players.

Under 16s:

• Richmond Lum, premiership MPL player of 2025 head coach for one of our under 16 girls teams (combined team with Mentone).
• Ant Papadopoulos and George Papadopoulos will once again lead our under 16 boys shield team. Ant, assistant coach for our WPL team and George part of our premiership winning MPL team in 2024 and 2025.
• Matt Pine, , Cian Gill and Ryan Jeoffreys will coach the 16 boys pennant and 16 mixed teams.
• Andrew Rakers assisting with our 2nd under 16s girls team.

Under 14s:

• Scott Burnett, welcome to Southern, after coaching various zone and state teams will coach our under 14 girls team together with Larissa and Maryke Boshoff. Larissa part of our WPL squad and Vic under 21 player.
• Jason Crebbin head coach of  our under 14 boys shield assisted by MPL premiership player Ben Galloway.
• Jarod Pettit and Mack Harris will lead our under 14 district team.

Under 12s:

• Our under 12s coaches are bristling with talent with Luke Bahramis – who was coach of our MPLR team not long ago, Tas Nelson who has coached our junior girls shield teams to many premierships in the past, Mark Tesoriero and Sarah Teosriero together with current MPLR and under 16 state player Luca Schmidtke
