The Southern United Hockey Academy has been revamped, it is back, better than ever for 2019.
Applications are now open for the Southern United Hockey Academy (SUHA) for 2018/2019. SUHA was first established in 2010 and has been pivotal in our recent on field successes.
SUHA has a strong tradition of developing Shield, Representative, State and National level players. In 2019 the program will not only focus on the upper echelon but will cater for the novice and intermediate players as well.
Every participant will be grouped alongside their peers and learn skills and concepts specific to that age group. SUHA helps participants learn fundamental and advanced skills, teaches game sense and decision making and will give you the perfect lead into the outdoor season. Facilitated by PL winning coach Jesse Workman and coached by brilliant junior coaches and PL men and Women SUHA is sure to get the best out of your child.
The program includes 8 weekly sessions and two Saturday ‘Super Clinic’s run by the Premier league teams. Every participant will also receive a training top. At a reduced cost of $195 the program is great value and will give your child confidence, an improved skill set and a desire to continually improve.

U12 & U8 on Friday evenings @ 6pm 18th January, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd February, 1st & 15th march
U14 & U16 on Sunday Mornings @ 9am: 20th January, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th February, 3rd and 17th March
Saturday Super Clinic dates: TBC
Where: All sessions at Farm Road, Cheltenham.
Who: For anyone wanting to improve, from beginners to elite players.
Cost: $195 or $175 if you participated in the McKenzie’s Clinics. Cost includes a training top.
