Metro Club Development Days
Hockey Victoria’s Metro Club Development Days are back for their second year but this year THREE times better! That’s right HV will be holding three Metro Club Development Days during March.
In 2013, the days will be held on the following dates/locations.
- Sunday 17 March @ Footscray Hockey Club
- Sunday 24 March @ Monash Uni Hockey Club
- Sunday 7 April @ Hawthorn Hockey Centre
As per 2012, these days involve the delivery of;
- Level 1 Coaching Course
- Level 1 Umpiring Course
In 2013, Coach Education & Umpire Education sessions will also run. These will need a minimum of 12 participants to go ahead.
Coach Education
- 17/3 – Strength & Conditioning Exercises
- 24/3 – Attacking & Defending Penalty Corners
- 7/4 – GK Coaching
Officials Education
- 17/3 – L1 Umpire Coach Course
- 24/3 – Club Umpire Coordinators Meeting & Presentations
- 7/4 – L1 Technical Officials Course
