Training Schedule 2020

Pre-season training for Juniors starts the week of 2nd March 2020

Pennant/Metro Training  women’s section start the 19th Feb. 

Pennant/Metro Training for men’s section start the 12th Feb.

Men start fitness training on January 14th 7pm at Farm Rd – all welcome.

Training times for juniors from Easter will be confirmed as the year starts.
