Looking ahead to 2024, and reflecting on 2023

As we close the door on 2023, we wish all our members and friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year/ 2024 will be an exciting year with Hockey in the spotlight with the Olympics in Paris. A newly restructured premier league sees our men and women, part of the new look twelve team competition. The women's section are excited to have an additional team in 2024 giving our women 6 teams and the men will continue with both the 7 weekend teams and 3 Monday night open teams. Juniors too are restructured in 2024 with venue based under 8 and 10, and a three tier competition for Under 12-16, with the removal of Shield B. We are excited to be offering five shield teams for Under 12 mixed, Under 14 boys and girls and Under 16 boys and girls. If you are interested in joining Southern Untied in 2024, or coming back to Southern after a break, any age, any level, we would love to hear from you. Contact us via secretary@suhc.com.au
