The  Annual General Meeting of the Southern United Hockey Club will be held on Sunday March 24th at 9.00am at Farm Road in the Ron Brownlees Pavilion. 

 

Here is a nomination form for all Committee of Management positions which will be declared open at the AGM. Signed nominations for Committee of Management positions must be sent to the Club Secretary by Friday March 17th. A proxy form for voting is here
 

Please send any special agenda items of business by Friday March 10th which allows 14 days notice to members of special agenda items. Draft agenda is available here, a final AGM meeting agenda and papers will be circulated by March 13th.  Minutes for last years meeting are available here.
